My Bird is Perched!

Yay! It worked! I got it on with out messing up! So my bird is now perched.
Thank you Kara & Darcy from McMaster & Storm [check them out if you haven't already] My sis Saloma must have heard me talking about them because she got one for my birthday. Thank you dear sister! I love it. So Sweet. I couldn't decide where to put it. I really like them on doors but it just didn't go with mine. So this is where I picked, Our rickety corner cupboard that I love.

Our Newest Trick

I don't go to far away during this stunt. Bella would love to push him all the way to the store if she could. It is amazing to see what God puts in us when we are little. Little girls motherly instincts. What ever I do she copies on her babies. Rocking, Feeding, wrapping in blankets, putting in the stroller & then what Grandma said the other day makes me realize all my privacy is now gone [not that I have any thing to hide]. Here's the story. She had one little baby and one bigger baby laying down taking naps, I assume. She pats the little one then walks to the door & shakes her hand at the bigger one. I am guessing "You go to sleep right now!" would be what she would be saying in her emphatic hand shaking. Grandma thought it was so funny to see. What's she going to tell when she really starts talking!!

Can't leave him Out!

The Wonderful father of my babies
Hanging on
Ok I'll include the other Dad's

Grilled Salmon on Cedar Planks & Father's Day

OK I know it has been a week already but I still wanted to share our Father's day dinner. I had everybody bring pictures of their Daddy. We ate outside in beautiful weather.
What are you "throwing" on your grill? It is so fun to think out of the box of always good hamburgers and stretch our diets. I tried Salmon, which I marinated in a Garlic Lemon pepper sauce & grilled on 4 hour soaked cedar planks. The planks make a yummy smokey flavor but we made sure to keep our water sprayer handy for those jumping flames.
Minus homemade blueberry cheese cake Ice cream This was our delish meal. I also put the bread in foil on(leave your oven off it's summer!)
3 Generations of Beachlers
[sorry I was unable to figure out how to rotate pic without deleting so for time sake you can look side ways !!!]
Most of all we wish to honor our Heavenly Father! These sweet Children are yours. May we Glorify you as we teach them about what your Son did for us! Saving our souls! Hallelujah!

It's hot & It's water time

Cousin Dominic came over to play today & he
wanted to swim. Sooo! Arabella & Orrin loved the water!

Orrin Started out in the blue pool but....
..... ended up in his own[ with instructions to D & A to stay out of his]because
Bella doused him with the hose directly in the face. Poor second child!

Bumbo works great in a little water

Can't beat summer time/outside lunch, on a chair in fact!

Catching up! Starting with some sights...

On the way home from Kansas we stopped at the St. Louis Arch. Wow it is magnificent! Leah rode home with us. Which was great fun for Arabella & Orrin.

Interesting Facts[ I feel like a tour guide! ]

  • The Arch is the tallest national monument in the United States at 630 feet.
  • Construction was February 12, 1963 through October 28, 1965
  • The Arch sways a maximum of 18" (9" each way) in a 150 mph wind. The usual sway is 1/2". [ !!!!!]
I really like this picture of Thane & Bella, I think he took the picture himself! Quite Talented my dear husband is!
